Research and Practice

I focus on the well-being of PK–12 teachers, especially how the right supports at the right time can help them stay in the work they care about. While student outcomes often take the spotlight, we don’t talk enough about what teachers need to thrive. As education keeps shifting thanks to new tech, changing expectations, and the day-to-day unpredictability of the job, putting teacher well-being at the center is essential. My work is all about creating sustainable paths forward for the people at the heart of every classroom.
